"Quick delivery but a small issue"
Quick delivery, but I ran into a bit of a snag. I ordered 2 bottles of Red Light Negroni, but only got 1 bottle of that and a bottle of ‘Very Old Fashioned’ instead. I’m sure Bols will sort this out fast since I’ve already reached out to them via email.

"Awful service from the company"
I placed an order for some cocktails, but they never showed up at the pickup location and ended up being sent back to Bols. I've tried reaching out via email, but Bols isn't responding at all.

"A Fun Cocktail Workshop Experience"
On Sunday, April 24th, my girlfriend and I attended a cocktail-making class. We didn’t get the name of the guy leading it, but he was fantastic, just like the two women working at the bar. They really enhanced our time there. I’d definitely suggest checking it out!

"Bols Cocktail tubes gifted, but one arrived damaged due to bad packaging"
We ordered the Bols Cocktail tubes as a birthday gift, and the online process was super simple. We got regular updates on the delivery, which was nice. Sadly, one of the tubes was shattered when it showed up, so we can't whip up that cocktail anymore, and the whole package reeked of alcohol. Seriously, just tossing four glass tubes into a bubble wrap envelope without any dividers is asking for trouble. This definitely needs to be fixed.

"Changed My Mind After Ordering My Package"
Once I placed my order for the package, I decided to switch things up and not have it delivered. Instead, I went to the store to grab it myself. I shot them an email about this, and they refunded the delivery fee. Super nice of the Bols, really great service!

"This espresso martini reminds me of..."
This espresso martini really brings to mind coffee liqueur and not much else. The flavor is decent, but it’s missing the kick from the other ingredients. I probably wouldn’t get this again since I think it could be improved by whipping up the cocktail from scratch.

I enjoy the flavor of the cocktail, almost identical to when you whip it up yourself. The bottles are really nice and quite attractive. Plus, the delivery was quick too!
